Norwex. Oh my it is wonderful and eliminates the need for most chemical cleaners. I have a lot of natural finishes in my home that must be cared for carefully and norwex Is amazing. It is expensive but last a long time. I don't sell it ;) but I am a huge fan. I love the rags and mops. I love the laundry soap and face cloths. I haven't gotten anything inhavent loved.
I'm still on the lookout for a cleaner that goes into the bathroom and then does all the work itself. That will then be my favorite cleaner. :)I've talked before about the amazing abilities of BarKeepers Friend. That's one of my favorites. I love the way the multi surface Mr. Clean with febreeze smells. (The green with a hint of blue one... there's a green green one too which is good, but I don't love it as much.)
I like De-Solve it for taking crayon off of walls (luckily I haven't needed it for a few years!)My favorite dish soap is Dawn. Normally I don't care about buying the name brand, but I'm completely loyal to Dawn. And lastly, I love Don Aslett's digester. It eats anything organic and I use it after cleaning up throw up, or pee.
OxiClean. It cleans clothes, the water build-up in my shower, countertops, toilets. Everything. The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is also a favorite and it lasts through multiple uses.
I'm an all natural kinda girl, I don't do chemicals... I'm in lust with my shark steam mop and the JR Watkins cleaning line of products is amazing. The all purpose cleaner works on everything! It's better on mirrors than Windex...
I've just been introduced to, and immediately fell in love with, Shaklee products. They don't contain chemicals. You can buy one bottle of cleaner and it makes literally hundreds, if not thousands, bottles of cleaner. There is a scouring scrub that is amazing. It cleaned my oven door to look as though it's brand new.
Love, love, love Don Aslett's toilet cleaning routine...it will change your life. Once upon a time I blogged about it, but can't remember the name of that blog post and I'm too tired to pop over there and look it up.For my spray cleaner, I use a bottle of water with a few drops of Purification Essential Oil and Lemon Essential Oil. Smells heavenly, cleans fabulously, and is SUPER cheap, since it is 99.5% water!I also love the Don Aslett scrubbee doo mop system and my friend has THE BEST broom I have ever swept with, but I am not sure what it is called. If you are need of the best broom on this earth, write to me and I will get the name of it.
well look at all those great ideas...i'll have to try out some of the more natural ones. i do love my lysol toilet bowl cleaner. for the toilet and the bottom of the shower!
The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is the best thing ever invented! Spray and Wash with Resolve for laundry stains. And the Shark Steam Mop for wood floors.
My favorite cleaning item is my Hoover Floormate machine. It costs about $150.00, but you can use it on many types of surfaces. I use it on my laminate wood floors. It's like a carpet steam cleaner, but for regular floors and very light weight. I like seeing how much dirty water I have when I'm done. It features a wash setting, dry pickup and wet pickup. See it here:http://www.floormatechallenge.com
I Love Mrs. Meyer's!!! It smells so good and I feel good about it, I don't have to worry about chemicals leaching into my skin, or breathing them in. And it is super good and cleaning :)
I am a chemical girl, sorry, but clorox toilet bowl cleaner is awesome and it almost does it all by itself. All you have to do is squirt it in the toilet and let it sit there for a couple of minutes, then flush:).
