Lovin' Friends

I love my girls. I am so very very grateful for friends in my life... I have been blessed more than I deserve, that's for sure!

I'm grateful for the connections that I have to others... to the many different ways that I have met different people who have meant so much to me in my life. I've moved a few times, and although it has been so hard to leave the friends I love, it has made it possible for me to meet new people that I never would've had the chance to meet if I hadn't been uprooted. The best thing is, I've been able to keep a lot of the old friends, and have the new too. It's the best of both worlds!

When I first moved here over three years ago, I left a lot of amazing people. I cried. And cried. And knew that I would never have friends like that again. It took awhile... I'd say almost two years... but now, I have dear friends, all different types of people, and even a few friends that really really get me, and love me, and who I know I could ask anything of. They're not the SAME as my friends I left... I can never replace them, but they're just as important in my life. How awesome is that?

And, through everything... ups and downs, good times and bad, I know I always have my apron girls. You've made me laugh, cry, and think. You've taught me so much, and made me want to be a better person. Some of you are my confidantes, my rocks, my kindred spirits... I honestly don't know what I'd do without you. Thank you so much for being there for me. I love you.
