I wanted to recommend this series to any of you who haven't discovered it yet. The
Elm Creek Quilts novels are a series of books about a group of quilters, and a quilting retreat that will make you drool. They're not the best books I've ever read... not even close... but if you want to read a cozy escape novel that will just make you feel happy... these are the books.

I completely loved these books! A recommendation though is to read them in order starting with The Quilter's Apprentice. That way you get to know the backgrounds of the characters.
Good suggestion, Mandy! I found that when it had been too long between books it took me awhile to remember who everyone is.
I love a good book review and sometimes a little fluff book is perfect.
I love, love, love, this series. Super light, enjoyable reading. Although, I'm jealous I can't go there...:)
i was trying the other night to remember the name of these books. i saw them one time somewhere but didn't even know what they were called. thanks mind!
Some of these books aren't fluff. They're deep into human emotion, grief and the goodness of others. I highly recommend them.
