My hubby and I are usually Redbox daters, but every once in a great while we'll trade babysitting with other friends so we can go to dinner (sans the movie).We try to go to new places (not chain restaurants) and try new foods (stuff the kids would gag over) and we also like live music (local bands- some good, some not). Above all, I try NOT to talk about the kids! Not that they are taboo, but I only bring them up if it is relevant to the conversation about us.
Yup... give me two hours, my hubby, some smoked salmon, and an accoustic guitar in the background and I'll be in heaven.

I love it!! I wish we had restaurants and live bands around here. Cafe Rio is pretty much the fancy place to go here. ;)
