Cornmeal Yogurt Pancakes

Thanks to those who shared some breakfast recipes awhile ago on this post. We loved the breakfast casserole, english muffin breakfast pizzas, and the blog Sha recommended!
I wanted to share this breakfast recipe- I found it on a Dannon light and fit yogurt  lid.

We tried it this morning and it was delicious! Here's the recipe. (I made a few changes from the original.)

1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups vanilla nonfat yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
milk

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Add 1-2 Tbsp milk or until desired consistency. (It should be thicker than a normal pancake batter though.) Use 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Serve with syrup. Yum!!
