I'M SERIOUS! HE WOULD KILL ME!!! in our defense, we have all been sick. whatever who am i kiddin it looked like this before we were all sick.;D i cannot believe i am putting this out there for the world to see.
the kitchen...can you see a countertop? yeah me either and it was cleaned off yesterday.
the tv room...those papers have been sitting there for a week on my floor waiting to get put in a box.
this mirror has been sitting in this corner since the apron girls lunch here...i KNOW!
i hate laundry...this was cleaned off like two days ago.
the dresser with the clean laundry folded on it just waiting to be put away. see that calendar over there in the corner? i think i got it two christmases ago and i'm going to do it someday...really i am.
you see the fairy wings? all you need to know. two little messy princesses live here.
but this room is the worst and it's mine. everyone stacks all of their @#$% in here because apparently i want it on top of all of my $%^&.
thank you girls for making me share all of my dirty little secrets ;D. thank you also for sharing yours. my hubby has a slight case of ocd and this has been a sore spot for years. most of our fights are about cleanliness and my ability to add a lot of clutter to places. it's sooo nice to see that i am not the only woman out there who struggles...you just about put me in tears. love you girls!

It's a point of contention at my house too! Luckily, my husband also subscribes to the if it bothered him enough he'd just clean it up. So he can't blame me!
Marci - just want to let you know that's much what my house looks like, and it's a big point of contention for us too. My hubby always tells me he could buy me a mansion, and I'd still fill it up with cr**! With all my hobies, and 5 kids at home, there is just stuff everywhere, and everytime I try to clean it, I get totally overwhelmed. Frustrating! I try to clean small areas at a time, and while that area will look great for a while, it just gets messed up again as I try to clean up another area. I even have stupid piles of stuff that needs to go to goodwill - but do they go? No, they just sit here. Ugh! I can understand why I frustrate my husband!! : )

i was too lazy to even take pictures. but had i done it, they would have been reminiscent of the postings i have seen today. i was in my house dress (nightgown mu-mu thing) until 4:30 p.m. that's all you need to know.
I'm so telling your husband, Marci! ;) (SOOOO kidding... I don't want him to never let you play with us again! :) I love your house, messy or not.
Marci...these pictures made me miss your house...the one time I have been there. Despite the "mess" it still has MARCI written all over it...and I love it!
